LOCK-WOOD RENEW

This original condition, Lockwood Home was small and dark, with a 110 square meter foot print, including the garage.

 

The objective was to create a happy modern home, with a hint of country feel, for its young family with two children. This results in a bright, open plan home. Filled with natural light, onto what is a calm and soothing color palette.

Extending deck areas outside the living spaces achieved a seamless indoor/outdoor flow, perfect for both parents and young children.

 

With clearly applied priorities, we were able to make owners 'shoe string' budget go the distance.
